I made a painting of the woman at the well. And I gave it to Father Micheal. It is special to me because it speaks of how Jesus transcended race.
Makes me wonder whether we can be like him. Because we are made in his image and we must be like him. Can we trancend race.
There he was at the well. And he spoke to her, a Samaritan woman. Why do you speak to me, she asked. Because she had been used to being rejected because of her race.
" If you know who I am you would ask me for water and I would give you living water and you would no longer thirst..."
Why did he tell her that? Tell me what your heart tells you... wake up your spirit and let me know... for I wonder too... what he speaks to you

These words shows that Lord, Jesus want us to know Him. If we all know Him, there will no war, there will no sin, there will no discriminations, there will no immoral activities, no oppressions, no transgressions and so on. If we know Him, we all human in this world would live in love, peace and freedom. If we know Him, we would praise and worship Him every second in our life, be grateful to Him for everything happen, as Job say, good or bad. I wonder what will happen if all people in this world would know Him and put Him first in their life. Me myself, even born in Christian family, never know Him so closely and even never notice that He work through me. But because of His great loves to all His children, He save me and make me know Him as I am seeking for the truth. If we seek God face with open heart, He is open to see us and even visit us! He is the way, the truth and the life. If not through Him, we cannot see the Father because Jesus and Father are one. Father abides in Him and He abides in Father. Father reflection is in Him. When He teaches people He addressed them, My Child. So it is important for us to know our Creator, as He is the Alfa and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. If we know Him, we will low down to our heart, as we are only dust but He make us first above all creatures. He made us conquer what He has creates. He gives the power to us to take over this world and give responsibilities to us human being, to take care of the earth.. But what we do? We make this world our heaven and also our hell! We forget Him. We ourselves want to be god! Why people never realize that the evil so happy to see the wars, slavery, immoral activities... The point is that, "If we know who is He", we would ask Him to pour our life with living water so that at the end of the day, when He come again to judge the living and the death, He could recognize us because we are belongs to Him. He will take us and separate us from peoples who do not know Him and the sinners. We will together reign in His Kingdom, the New Jerusalem. To know Him is to seek for His face. To those who seek Him truly with all their heart, their soul, their life, He is pleased to be found. Just that a matter of time.. We are all too busy with work and with our own activity and no time to spend with Him even a minute. So, let do the revolutions and reformations to our mind. We have to set a new mind setting. Put Lord first in all situation. Give praise and thanks Him for each day He gives us, then as we get closer to His word by reading the Bible as our daily bread, we will know that He is the Lord. No matter what color we are, what country we lives in, what languages we speak, the truth is that, God really want us to seek for His face, to know Him before He come again at the end of the world. And that time is nearer, come more earlier than what we can think of (Matt24:42). There is three things that we should do; believe, hope and love. But among three the most important thing is love. Christ is love. So to know Him we must loves other peoples.
